A CREATIVE THINKING EXPERIENCE

Innovation Room✳

Spark new possibilities.

A Coachability creative-thinking experience, inspired by different ways of approaching everyday work.

An ordinary workday.
An unexpected perspective.
A possibility you hadn’t seen before.

Company-inspired prompts are creative ideas, not endorsements or representations of what companies would do.

No perfect answers required. Curiosity is enough.

Borrow a different way of thinking to reimagine something ordinary.

An open envelope becomes an imaginative room, connected by a ribbon to an open notebook and new horizons. What if…?A little room to think differently.

01 Bring the everyday.

02 Borrow the unexpected.

03 Make a possibility your own.

A LITTLE GUIDANCE

You don’t have to start
from a blank page.

  1. Choose your scenario. Pick one everyday challenge or bring your own.
  2. Notice your starting approach. How are you approaching this now? One line is enough.
  3. Borrow inspiration. Pick an innovator, use Surprise me with a perspective or bring your own inspiration. Explore possibilities. Reveal an example if you need a spark. Optionally, try one more lens and notice what it shows you that the first one did not.
  4. Choose an experiment. Decide what to test, what you want to learn and when. Keep your Possibilities Plan.

This is your individual thinking space. Explore possibilities before deciding what could be useful. You can use a suggested scenario or bring your own.

THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE ROOM

Borrow a principle.
Make your own connection.

Each company card highlights one useful approach. It does not describe everything about that organization. Use Creative Space to bring your own person, character or other inspiration.

The scenario examples and questions are original creative interpretations for this Coachability experience. They are not quotations, predictions of what a person would do, or endorsements. Fictional perspectives are imaginative prompts.

Why these everyday situations?

These original scenarios draw on workplace research about fragmented attention, clarity, finding information, coordination and employee voice. They are practical interpretations of those themes, not survey questions or a ranked list of workplace problems.

Innovation Room is a Coachability learning experience using established perspective-taking techniques, original workplace prompts and an individual reflection-to-action flow.
