A program buddy is a designated learning partner, enhancing the learning experience through shared reflection and peer mentoring support.
In our programs, we have seen buddy pairings foster camaraderie, personal insights, and even lasting professional relationships beyond the program.
Leadership can sometimes feel isolating: carrying multiple responsibilities, searching for answers, and navigating challenges alone. This six-month journey is designed to develop self-mastery and leadership accountability, and your buddy will be a key support system along the way.
We have seen great results when participants are paired with a learning partner to discuss insights, celebrate wins, and overcome challenges together. These partnerships have even helped break down cross-organizational silos and create lasting leadership impact.
