9. Google User Data

The Coachability Portal offers optional sign-in with Google and an optional Google Calendar connection. When you connect your Google account, we access your basic profile information (name and email address) to identify your account and — if you connect your calendar — read-only access to your Google Calendar, used solely to check whether you are free or busy when a coaching session is being scheduled, so we can prevent double-bookings. We do not read, store, or display the contents of your calendar events; we record only whether a given time slot is busy. Google account data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Portal's Settings page or at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you may request deletion of stored Google account data by emailing support@coachability.us.
