1. Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Coachability.us. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coachability regarding your use of our website and participation in our programs. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

‍

1.1 Scope of Services

Coachability provides professional coaching and training services designed to support personal and professional growth. You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking process, and it is not a substitute for professional advice from a licensed medical, psychological, financial, or legal professional. Our coaches, including Raj Anderson, are trained to guide and support you, but you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and the results you achieve. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or success.

‍

As a client or learner, you agree to:

  • Actively participate in all scheduled sessions and complete any agreed-upon assignments.
  • Communicate honestly and openly with your coach.
  • Take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after the program.
  • Adhere to our policies, including those on confidentiality and respectful conduct.
  • Respect Cultural Diversity: Engage with fellow learners and coaches with respect for all cultural backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
  • ‍

1.3 Age Restrictions and COPPA

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website and services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. We are in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and our services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

‍

1.4 Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

  • Payment: All fees for our coaching and training programs are clearly outlined at the time of enrollment. Payment is due according to the schedule specified in your individual contract.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' advance notice without penalty. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited, and you will be charged for the missed session.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital products and coaching services, all fees paid are non-refundable. Please ensure you have reviewed and understood the program details before committing.

‍

1.5 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, workbooks, methodologies, trademarks, and branding on the Coachability website and within our programs are the exclusive property of Coachability and its founder, Raj Anderson. You agree that Coachability, its coaches, and its contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses that may arise from your use of our services or participation in our programs. You acknowledge that your use of our services is at your own risk.

‍

1.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms and Conditions.
