At Coachability we create a safe, confidential space for growth. This policy explains what personal information we collect through coachability.us, the Coachability Portal and our services, how we use it, who can see it and the choices you have. Coachability is a trade name of The Anderson Centre LLC (“Coachability”, “we”, “us”).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
The portal shows each person only what their role needs.
When Coachability support needs to see the portal as you do, an administrator can open a read-only preview. Nothing can be changed, sent or saved in a preview, and your goals, messages and check-ins are not shown in it.
Coachability and its coaches follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. What you share in coaching stays confidential between you and your coach, within the limits below.
When an employer or other organization pays for your coaching or training, its sponsor team has its own portal view. What it shows depends on the level of detail agreed in the organization’s contract:
Sponsors never see what you discuss with your coach: not your session notes, your goals’ details, your reflections, your messages or your check-in answers.
We use trusted providers to run our website, portal and services. They process personal information only to provide their service to us.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people’s safety or our legal rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Google sign-in and the Google Calendar connection are optional. When you connect, we request only these permissions:
We store the access tokens Google gives us in a secured part of our database that only our server can read. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models, and never shared with third parties except as needed to provide these features. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect at any time in the portal’s Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have stored Google account data deleted, email [email protected].
Coaches can connect their own Zoom account so the portal creates the video meeting for each session they book. With the coach’s permission, the portal reads the coach’s basic Zoom profile (Zoom user ID and email) and creates, updates and deletes meetings on that coach’s account. Meetings use a waiting room. The meeting title includes the client’s name. We do not receive or store recordings, transcripts, chat or participant lists from Zoom. Disconnecting Zoom, in the portal or in the Zoom App Marketplace, removes the access we stored.
Enability AI is an optional assistant for Coachability administrators and coaches; clients and sponsors do not use it. It works with totals only: the AI model provider receives the question and figures such as the number of sessions held this month or goals in progress, limited to what the person asking is allowed to see. No names, contact details, session notes, goals, reflections, messages, form answers or other information about any individual is sent to it, and the portal reminds our team not to type personal details into their questions. The provider we currently use is Google (Gemini). Because no personal information is sent, none of it can be used to train AI models. We do not use AI to make automated decisions about you.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on our website. Google reCAPTCHA, used on our forms to stop spam, may set cookies and collect device information. Fonts and scripts load from the providers listed in Services we use, and embedded videos may set their own cookies when you play them.
The portal sets no cookies. It uses your browser’s own storage (“local storage” and “session storage”) only for things the portal needs to work:
You can clear this storage at any time in your browser settings, or by signing out. If you block it, the portal will ask you to sign in again each time.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your rights). Some records, such as signed agreements and invoices, may need to be kept for legal reasons.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

To use these rights, email [email protected]. We will confirm your identity, respond within the time the law allows, and never treat you differently for using your rights. If your program is sponsored by an organization, we may also involve it where it controls the information. If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Coachability is based in the United States, and the portal’s data is stored in the United States (Amazon Web Services, N. Virginia). If you use our services from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States and in the countries where our providers operate, with safeguards required by applicable law.
Our services are for people aged 18 and over and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
We provide an inclusive, culturally diverse learning environment where no learner or client faces discrimination based on age, gender, race, religion, disability or any other protected characteristic. Our training materials are designed for accessibility, we offer reasonable adjustments such as flexible formats and extended time, and our trainers receive ongoing training in cultural competence and unconscious bias. Concerns about technical issues, conduct or well-being can be reported to [email protected] and are followed up personally by senior leadership.
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The Effective Date above shows when it last changed. When a change is significant, we will also let portal users know in the portal.
